Q:  How did the group come together, how was it 
formed?

A:  If they had the temerity and the guts to come 
and contact Marshall McLuhan and he enjoyed 
their company, they were in. And if they didn’t, he 
was very cruel.


Q:  What did he look for in a personality?

A:  Honesty, openness, a sense of humor. He 
wanted to be instructed. He was always learning. 
So, all the people around him were all professors.
